Not only moths are attracted to the warm glow of candles.

The Angels in Heaven are also attracted to the light,

and to the soul who forsakes the ugliness of artificial light

in favor of the purity of candle light.

They hover around the flame, purring, praying for all the souls present.

But insensitive humans,

unaware of their presence,

blow the candles out,

and in so doing blow the Angels

back to Heaven from which they came.

Thus was invented the Candle Snuffer.

When used properly, the Candle Snuffer

invites the Angles to snuggle around the candle,

where they tuck themselves warmly to bed in the lush wax…
