I am convinced, beyond all shadow of doubt, that we have the knowledge, technology, and ability to eliminate all suffering on this planet.
Theologically, philosophically, scientifically, experientially, I am convinced this is true.
What we presently seem to lack is the moral will.
This is not an American thing, or a European thing. Or a white thing. It is a global issue. We still want to solve our problems with guns, and bombs, instead of peace and love. I mean, we have talked about global military spending at or near a Trillion dollars a year world-wide. And the annual research budget for the American Cancer Society is 5 billion, or 1/2 of 1% of that amount.
Do you really, actually believe that if we placed as much energy into disease research as we do our war-making ability that we could not eradicate disease? I do not not believe that. I believe that once (if?) our spirits ever catch-up to our technology we will be able to eliminate all disease.
And if our spirits really catch-up to our technology, and begin to live strong, organic, balance, loving lives inside the technological bubble, then all inner disease will also vanish.
That is what I believe.
That is what I work for.
That is what I live for.
Think globally.....Think universally......
