Well, don't know how much "religion-stuff" you'll find here, but it's time for me to "get back to it."
This last week I just did odds-and-ends...Cleaned the house, pet the cats, tried to get as much rest as possible, but what a joke that was......I'll rest when I'm dead, as they say.
Couldn't bring my self to fire-up the ole computer...no Pictures of God, and now I have 77(!) emails to answer.....Today's task, I hope to be able to accomplish.
When you live alone it's hard to get into the whole "holiday thing." I went to one Christmas dinner (I wrote about it in # 56, 57 & 58.) So that was enough of that.
"What I Did This Year."

 | Decided to move into the house I'd been living in for 12 years. That's, that IN, not out. From practically the 1st day I moved in I figured that a pauper like me (and I almost was back then) could never be able to afford to stay here. So I didn't really do anything painting-wise or anything else....always figured I was a short-timer anyway, why get so involved? Well, January of 2000 I decided, heck, it's been 12 years, maybe I really can stay. So I "moved in..." got rid of the tract-home-basic carpet, and had the entire house done in wood laminate flooring....painted the walls, hung shades, even bought a dining room table(!) I LIVE here now. IT looks & feels like me....cold, damp, dark, depressing, you know. (A JOKE!!!!!) |
| Had a relationship with a lady who I thought YHWH had brought to me, and that we were soul mates, and were going to spend our lives together. Lets just say it didn't work out. |
| Renewed my commitment to TCOY...Daily meditations, new postings, all sorts of things...That included dropping my rock & roll band & playing the organ at the local Lutheran Church so as to have more time for the ministry, and NO, I have not filled that time with anything else. |
| I know, beyond any certainty I have previously experienced, that teaching A Course Towards a Universal Season of God Consciousness is what I'm here for. |
| Struggled with the business world...Thought at least daily of quitting my computer programming job...The idea was to sell the house, retire, live off the equity (Southern California, I've been here 13 years and, well, by YHWH's grace there's enough equity in this house to live on for at least 10 years.) |
| I have decided that I am quitting the computer business in exactly 156 weeks. 3 years. Rich or poor, I can only do this for 3 more years. After that I am dedicating myself 100% to TCOY and all it could mean. The business partners know that, and that's the way it is. |
| Also by YHWH's grace I was able to procure a glorious stereo system that is my constant companion during the regular 16 hour days...no, not every day, but many...Get up at 4:30 am, write for TCOY and answer emails until 8:30, then it's the programming job, and it is not unheard of to get my last call at 7:00pm, or get back from meetings at 9:00...so, while I am here, I am accompanied by the greatest music the human race has yet to produce. |
| Except for Mr. Fuzz's apparent need to throw-up at least once a week, the cats and I have been in perfect health. |
| Uploaded many documents...answered many emails...had many dreams, thoughts, hopes & prayers for TCOY's ability to touch people....Which is, hopefully, what 2001 will be about. |

| It "just so happens" that TCOY owns a music studio, full of glorious, state-of-the-art keyboards and tape recorders and lots of neat stuff...So we can can post new messages as 1) Written (like we've been doing), 2) Spoken (via Real Audio, becoming very common on the Web), 3) Spoken / sung with musical accompaniment, and 4) Just as musical meditations without the talking. The amazing thing is we have all of that technology, equipment, ability and desire right here, right NOW. | ||||||||||||||

| I have another 300 pages (literally) just waiting to get edited...exciting topics all. | ||||||||||||||
| We are going to take the Course Toward God Consciousness to the next steps...I hope I do not lose you, but this is not a game...I frankly don't want people around who are just interested in chit-chat or praying for the "Lord's" guidance about what length of dress they should wear....there are plenty of other places for them...What I am seeking, and working toward, is an actual community (the physical bodies need not be close to one another) of people daily, tangibly dedicated to nursing the growing God-Consciousness within. Everything else, honestly, is a waste of time. |

| If this ministry has touched you, you have an obligation. Actually, it is a Biblical obligation, but we'll discuss that later. Many, MANY of you have sent emails talking about how much this ministry has changed your life...There are MILLIONS of people just like you out there, who likewise want/need to hear this fresh perspective. And no, I personally do not need your money...frankly, (some say I shouldn't say this but oh well) my business makes $250,000 a year....I don't need your money...Neither does YHWH...But YOU need to know that YOU have done EVERYTHING in your power to try to help spread this message that you, yourself, have said has helped you so much.... |
| Pray for me....I am always tired. The computer program I maintain (single-handedly, by the way) has 1,500 input items, 40,000 calculations, 85,000 lines of code, 15,000,000 bytes of support material, and generates a report 1,200 pages long...THAT's why I set the alarm for 4:30am, so I can give TCOY my "first fruits" at the start of the day when I'm freshest, because at the end of the day I'm not good for much. |
| Pray for TCOY, that YHWH would show us exactly where to go, how to reach out to people, where best to apply our limited funds, and the "how" & "what" of technology. |
| Any ideas you have that you think might improve the content of the Ministry, please pass them along to me...I can't promise to use them, but MANY of the features presently in TCOY (everything from content to color to who-knows-what-all) started as ideas I got from emails. |
